The 2 most important aspects of painting the exterior of your home are prep
work and material grades. Those are the 2 areas that we stress most of all. We
pay special attention to detail on prep work, and use the highest quality
products. After the initial pressure washing, we then use Carbide Hand Scrapers
to remove any loose or peeling paint. Next, we sand All surfaces for proper
adhesion of materials, and a smooth feel. Then we caulk all cracks on your
walls and trim, using a 55yr rated caulking. Primer is then applied to any
rust, raw wood, peeling areas, and patched surfaces. On unpainted stucco, we
always recommend using a masonry primer before painting. Lastly, all surfaces
receive a MINIMUM of 2 coats of Premium Paint. When we complete your exterior
painting, we will leave your home as clean as it was when we started.
